Xeek AI offers subscription-based services. When you sign up for a paid plan, you agree to our billing terms as described below.

  1. You may cancel your Xeek AI subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
  2. Once you cancel, you will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period, after which your access to paid features will be restricted.
  3. To cancel your subscription, log into your account, navigate to the Billing Section, and follow the instructions for cancellation.

We want you to be satisfied with our services. However, please note the following conditions for requesting a refund:
Subscription Fees
  1. No Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed for a month, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of that billing period.
  2. Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, refunds are only available if the cancellation request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase. A prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of your annual subscription beyond the 14-day period.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as a system failure on our part that significantly impacts service functionality, refunds may be issued at the discretion of Xeek AI. Please contact our support team for more information.

To request a refund, please email us at care@xeek.app with the following details:
  1. Your name
  2. Account email address
  3. The reason for the refund request
  4. Transaction ID or invoice number
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 5-7 business days. If your refund is approved, it may take 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

The following are non-refundable:
  1. Setup fees: Any one-time fees related to the setup or customization of services.
  2. Usage Fees: Fees for services or tools that have already been used, such as QR code generation or mobile order processing, are non-refundable.
